The Development
The
amenities include a 40-acre spring-fed lake with
clear blue-green water that previously was a
rock quarry. Home sites overlook the lake
and in some locations are 150 feet above the
water. The ground has a unique character
not found anywhere else in Nebraska. The

Recreation
Iron Horse boasts
an 18 hole champion golf course and will include
